41-921. Arizona pioneers' home; establishment; location A home for aged and infirm Arizona pioneers is established and shall be known as the ' Arizona pioneers' home' . For the purposes prescribed in section 25 of the enabling act, the pioneers' home shall be designated as the state hospital for miners with disabilities. The home shall be maintained at or near Prescott, Arizona.
