41-988. State poet laureate fund The state poet laureate fund is established consisting of gifts, grants and donations. The commission shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated. The commission shall pay the costs and expenses of the state poet laureate established by section 41-987 from the monies available in the fund.
