42-16054. Meeting between assessor and petitioner A. At the petitioner's written request, the assessor shall meet with the petitioner at a time and place designated at least ten working days in advance by the assessor. B. If the petitioner is unable to appear and meet with the assessor at the time and place set by the assessor, the petitioner may submit written evidence to support the petition if it is submitted before the date of the meeting.
