42-3104. Monies allocated to the corrections fund The department shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146, 35-147 and 42-1116, the following monies in the corrections fund established by section 41-1641: 1. 20 percent of the monies collected pursuant to section 42-3052, paragraph 1. 2. 50 percent of the monies collected pursuant to section 42-3052, paragraph 2. 3. 50 percent of the monies collected pursuant to section 42-3052, paragraph 3. 4. 50 percent of the monies collected pursuant to section 42-3052, paragraph 4. 5. 11.11 percent of the monies collected pursuant to section 42-3052, paragraph 5. 6. 50 percent of the monies collected pursuant to section 42-3052, paragraph 6. 7. 50 percent of the monies collected pursuant to section 42-3052, paragraph 7. 8. 50 percent of the monies collected pursuant to section 42-3052, paragraph 8. 9. 50 percent of the monies collected pursuant to section 42-3052, paragraph 9.
