44-1373.03. Violation; civil penalty A. A person or entity that knowingly or intentionally violates section 44-1373, subsection A, paragraph 2 is subject to a civil penalty of one hundred dollars for each violation. B. All civil penalties received pursuant to this section shall be deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the state general fund.
