44-1245. Violations; continuing violations; classification A. A person who violates any provision of this article is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor. B. A person is guilty of a separate offense for each day during any portion of which a violation of this article is committed, continued or permitted by such person and such person shall be punishable as prescribed by the terms of subsection A.
