44-1307. Civil penalties; environmental nuisance Unless otherwise provided, a person who violates a provision of this article, or any rule adopted by the director pursuant to this article, is subject to a civil penalty of not more than five hundred dollars per violation and is subject to citation under title 49, chapter 1, article 3, relating to environmental nuisances. Each tire which is sold or disposed of improperly constitutes a separate violation.
