44-1324. Civil penalties; environmental nuisance A person who knowingly violates section 44-1322 or 44-1323 is subject to a civil penalty of not more than five hundred dollars per violation and is subject to citation under title 49, chapter 1, article 3, relating to environmental nuisances. Each battery that is sold, refunded or disposed of improperly or improperly subjected to a fee constitutes a separate violation.
