44-1365. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. ' Consumer' means a natural person or persons who purchase consumer services. 2. ' Consumer service' : (a) Means a service that is primarily for personal, family or household purposes and that the seller provides in return for payment of periodic charges for the service but does not include financial services regulated by title 6, title 20 or the federal government. (b) Includes a service in which the seller makes equipment or other personal property available to the consumer that is incidental to the provision of the service.
