44-1381. Operator service providers; collect call rates; disclosure A provider of automated or live operator services accessed from a jail, prison or correctional facility in this state shall provide an oral rate disclosure to the party responsible for the payment of the call. The rate disclosure shall occur before the party responsible for the payment of the collect call accepts the call regardless if the call is an interstate or intrastate call.
