44-1504. Accommodations advertised required to be available An owner or operator of any establishment within the scope of this article shall not post or maintain posted on outdoor or outside advertising signs rates for accommodations in the establishment unless there is available in the establishment, when vacant, accommodations for immediate occupancy to meet the posted rates of such advertising signs.
