44-1560. Waiver limitation A. Any condition, stipulation or provision binding any person to waive compliance with any provision of this article is void. B. The right of either party to trial by jury or to the interposition of counterclaims or cross-claims shall not be waived except after the filing of action and with the concurrence of a counsel of record.
