44-1742. Written contract required; conspicuous statement of cost; limitation of amount A. Every contract for dance studio lessons and other services shall be in writing and subject to the provisions of this article. A copy of the written contract shall be given to the customer at the time the customer signs the contract. B. No contract for dance studio lessons and other services shall be effective unless the contract specifically sets forth, in a conspicuous manner on the top of the first page of such contract, the customer's total payment obligation for lessons and other services to be received pursuant to the contract. C. No contract for dance studio lessons and other services shall require payment for the lessons and other services or the use of the facilities of a total amount in excess of four thousand five hundred dollars, exclusive of interest.
