44-1841. Sale of unregistered securities prohibited; classification A. It is unlawful to sell or offer for sale within or from this state any securities unless the securities have been registered pursuant to article 6 or 7 of this chapter or are federal covered securities if the securities comply with section 44-1843.02 or chapter 13, article 12 of this title. B. A person violating this section is guilty of a class 4 felony.
