44-2012. Complaint; contents A complaint filed in the superior court of Maricopa county for the appointment of a conservator to reorganize, or a receiver to wind up, the affairs of a violator of this chapter shall set out the alleged violations with particularity and shall be verified by the director or assistant director of securities.
