44-2086. Attorney fees paid from disgorgement monies; prohibition Disgorged monies resulting from a judicial or administrative action brought by the commission shall not be distributed as payment for attorney fees or expenses incurred by private parties seeking distribution of the disgorged monies, except as otherwise ordered by the court on a motion by the commission or, in the case of an administrative action, as otherwise ordered by the commission.
