44-3299. State liability; limitation Except as otherwise provided by law, this state, any political subdivision of this state, the commission, the director or any state officer, agent or employee acting in good faith is not liable for any injury or damage to investors or the general public resulting from any actual or opportunity losses suffered through the activities of investment advisers or investment adviser representatives.
