45-477.01. Waiver and relinquishment of grandfathered rights in a subsequent active management area A person who claims the rights to withdraw or receive and use groundwater in a subsequent active management area pursuant to a grandfathered right but who fails to file an application for a certificate of grandfathered right as provided in this article is deemed to waive and relinquish any right to withdraw or receive and use groundwater pursuant to this article.
