45-579.01. Certificate of assured water supply; material change; plat For the purpose of determining whether changes to a plat for which a certificate has been issued in an active management area are material under rules adopted pursuant to section 45-576, subsection H, the director shall not consider any change in the number of housing units or lots if there is a reduction in the total water demand for the subdivision.
