45-872.01. Water measuring devices A person who stores water at an underground storage facility, who delivers in lieu water to a recipient at a groundwater savings facility or who recovers stored water pursuant to a recovery well permit shall use a water measuring device approved by the director and shall comply with the rules setting forth the requirements and specifications for water measuring devices adopted pursuant to section 45-604.
