45-2654. Violation; classification Unless otherwise provided, a person who knowingly violates or refuses to comply with this chapter or an order issued pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor. A person who, after notice of a violation, continues in violation of this chapter or an order issued pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a separate offense for each day of violation.
