45-546. Weed and dust control A person shall maintain property that is owned or controlled by the person and from which groundwater is or will be transported pursuant to this article free of noxious weeds as defined in section 3-201, Russian thistles (salsola kali) and blowing dust that creates a threat to health or safety.
