46-214. Fee for representing applicant or recipient in civil proceeding under article prohibited No person shall charge or receive any fee for representing an applicant for or recipient of assistance or service in any proceedings under this title, except fees prescribed by the department, but the provisions of this section shall not apply to representation of an applicant or recipient in criminal proceedings brought pursuant to this title.
