48-186. Supplemental nature of article This article is cumulative and the powers conferred hereby shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other general, special or local law. This article is not intended to repeal any other law, but insofar as the provisions of this article are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of any other law, the provisions of this article shall be controlling.
