48-1002. Complete procedure Section 48-1003 provides a complete procedure for court proceedings, sale, purchase by the public entity, payment of the purchase price and other amounts, redemption, resale, and disposition of the proceeds of redemption or sale, of delinquent properties, when installments of principal and interest are collectible pursuant to section 48-984, and the performance of the obligations imposed and of the other matters authorized shall not be deemed to be limited by any other law.
