48-1306. Board of directors; officers A. A district shall be governed by a board of at least five but not more than eleven directors. Only producers in the district are eligible to serve as a director. B. Within ten days upon approval of the district by the council, the board shall meet and elect a chairman, vice-chairman and secretary from among its members.
