§ 48.1516

48-1516. Districts organized under prior law The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any district organized prior to March 26, 1919 which elects to come under the provisions of this chapter by a majority vote of the electors of the district at an election held under the provisions of the law under which the district was incorporated.
