48-1520. Rights of guardians, conservators, personal representatives or administrators relating to inclusion or exclusion of lands A guardian, conservator, personal representative or administrator of an estate who has qualified under the laws of this state and as such is entitled to possession of the lands belonging to the estate which he represents may sign the petition provided by section 48-1517 and appear and participate at the hearing as other signers of the petitions.
