48-1714. Form of ballots A. The official ballot to be used at the organization election shall, as far as practicable, correspond to the official ballots as provided by the general election laws but shall in addition contain the matters set forth in subsection B of this section. B. The question of organization, stated in plain, understandable language, shall appear first on the ballot. Immediately following, or at one side, shall appear the word ' yes' with a square at the immediate right thereof, and the word ' no' with a square at the immediate right thereof, in which the elector may make the mark X indicating his vote on the question. Immediately below shall appear the admonition ' vote for seven directors, ' following which shall appear all the nominated candidates in the manner provided by the general election laws.
