48-1725. Guardians, conservators, personal representatives or administrators as petitioners A guardian, conservator, personal representative or administrator of an estate who has qualified under the laws of this state and as such is entitled to possession of the lands belonging to the estate which he represents, and a person designated in writing by the board of directors of a corporation, may sign the petition provided by section 48-1721 or 48-1722.
