48-1902. Publication of notices A. When a notice is required by this article to be published in a newspaper, such notice shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation published within the district concerned. If none is published within the district, then the notice shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation published within the county in which the district is located. B. When a district is located in more than one county, notices shall be published in newspapers published within each county in which part of the district is located, as provided by subsection A.
