48-2030. Unauthorized use of sewer lines as public nuisance; abatement The discharge of sewage and waste materials into sewer lines of the district or into sewer lines outside the limits of an incorporated city or town which connect to sewer lines of the district, in violation of rules and regulations formulated and adopted by the district, is a public nuisance which may be abated.
