48-2368. Limitation on effect of article This article shall not enlarge, restrict or change the powers of districts created under article 1 of this chapter, and except as modified by this article the provisions of this chapter shall remain in all respects applicable to districts which by appropriate action of their governing body provide for their administration as prescribed in this article.
