48-2473. Disposition of proceeds and other monies All proceeds received from the sale of the bonds, all fees, rental or other charges received by the district from any undertaking financed by the bonds, and all monies received from any source in connection therewith shall be used, applied and disposed of as the board determines by its bond resolution or trust agreement.
