48-2631. Change of boundaries of divisions The board of directors, when it deems it advisable for the best interest of the district and convenience of the electors thereof, may at any time, but not less than sixty days before an election to be held in the district, change the boundaries of the divisions and election precincts of the district, but the changes shall be designed to retain each division as nearly equal in area and population as practicable. Such change of boundaries of the divisions shall be entered on the minutes of the board.
