48-2634. Personal representatives as petitioners A guardian, executor or administrator of an estate who has been appointed under the laws of this state, and who, as such guardian, executor or administrator, is entitled to the possession of the land belonging to the estate which he represents, upon being authorized by the court of appointment, may sign and acknowledge the petition for inclusion of the lands, and may show cause why the boundaries of the district should be changed.
