48-2640. Entry of petition in board minutes; effect Upon recording the order as provided in section 48-2639, the secretary shall record in the minutes of the board the petition for inclusion of lands, and thereafter the minutes or a certified copy thereof shall be admissible in evidence with the same effect as the petition.
