48-2923. Testing validity of organization of district by quo warranto Within one year after the date of filing the order of the board of supervisors declaring the district organized, any person affected thereby may commence quo warranto proceedings to test the validity of the organization of the district, but no such proceedings or other action whatever shall be commenced after such year period.
