48-3018. Number of votes to which elector entitled Each qualified elector voting at an election shall be entitled to one vote on each question submitted and one vote for each office to be filled at all elections, but when the holder of record title is a married person, only the spouse in whose name the title stands shall be entitled to vote at the election.
