48-3074. Validation of prior assessments against state lands All assessments and charges levied prior to July 14, 1922 against lands located within irrigation districts and susceptible to irrigation from the proposed works of such districts, the legal titles to which are vested in the state, are validated and declared to be a lien against such lands and subject to the provisions of this chapter.
