48-3152. Landowner defined; effect of service of notice on married person, guardian, administrator or attorney-in-fact A. For the purposes of this article, ' landowner' includes record owners, purchasers under contract and entrymen. B. Notice served upon a married person shall be deemed notice upon his or her spouse, notice served upon guardians and administrators shall constitute notice to heirs and wards and notice served upon an attorney-in-fact shall constitute notice to his principal.
