48-3425. Immediate organization of district on filing petition signed by all landowners When a petition filed as provided in section 48-3422 purports to be signed by the owners of the entire acreage in the proposed district and the board of supervisors finds that it is in fact signed by the owners of all of the acreage, the board may immediately enter an order declaring the district duly organized. The order shall have the same effect as if entered pursuant to section 48-3424.
