48-3427. Inclusion or exclusion of lands; consolidation of districts A. Upon application signed by a majority of the board of trustees and by the owners of the lands proposed to be admitted or excluded, additional lands may be included in or excluded from the district by order of the board of supervisors. B. Upon application signed by a majority of the board of trustees of each district, the board of supervisors may enter an order consolidating two or more districts. The order shall be recorded in the office of the county recorder.
