48-3450. Restrictions upon delivery of water by district The delivery of water to landowners under this chapter shall be subject to the laws of this state with respect thereto, to the provisions of this chapter, and to such rules and regulations not inconsistent with law as the board of trustees may adopt, or to the provisions of any contract made by the district.
