48-3905. Dissolution of district A. After a county free library district has been established, it may be dissolved in the same manner it was established. B. At least once each week for three consecutive weeks prior to taking such action, the board of directors shall publish in a newspaper designated by them and published in the county notice of the contemplated action, stating the date and time of the meeting at which the contemplated action is proposed to be taken.
