48-4504. Groundwater augmentation fees; transfer to district On or before June 15 of the year the district is established and on or before June 15 thereafter the director shall transfer to the district eighty per cent of the monies collected from district members in that calendar year pursuant to section 45-611, subsection C, paragraph 2. The district may spend the monies transferred to the district to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
