48-4833. Meetings; agenda A. The board shall hold regular meetings every calendar quarter and additional meetings on the call of the chairman or a majority of the members of the board. The secretary-treasurer shall give at least three days' notice of each meeting to each member of the board in addition to the public notices required by law. B. The district is a public body for purposes of title 38, chapter 3, article 3.1.
