48-532. Transmittal of assessment payments to treasurer The street superintendent shall, from time to time, pay to the treasurer all monies collected by him on account of assessments made under this article. The treasurer shall, on receipt thereof, place the monies in a special fund, designating the fund by the name of the improvement for which the assessment was made.
