48-536. Proof of publication or posting Proof of publication of any notice required by this article shall be made by affidavit of the publisher or any person in the employ of the publisher, and proof of posting shall be made by affidavit of the person posting the notice, setting forth the facts surrounding the posting. An officer required to publish or post the notice shall obtain and file in his office the affidavit of proof thereof, but failure to do so shall not affect the validity of the proceedings. The affidavit so filed shall be prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated relative to the publication or posting.
