48-5313. Eminent domain The cities and towns or county may: 1. Exercise the right of eminent domain pursuant to title 12, chapter 8, article 2 for the purposes prescribed in this chapter on behalf of the authority. 2. Sell or lease to the authority property acquired through eminent domain proceedings.
